yellow lentil pancakes

2 cups of yellow lentil (moong Dal)
1/2 tspn salt
1tspn cumin seeds
1/4 tspn asfoedita
2 tblspn oil


soak the lentil for 1- 2 hours then drain the water and grind it
while grinding the lentil add the rest ingredients as well(except the oil)
now heat the nonstick pan and smear it with oil and spread the batter
heat for 1-2 mins on low flame then sprinkle oil on it and flip
cook the other side for 1-2 min and its ready
healthy breakfast is ready and with paneer,potato or peas filling it can be a great snack
