1 cup semolina
5-6 tblspn sugar
2-3 green cardammon crushed
sliced almonds and cashew
5-6 tblspn clarified butter
1 and half cup water
roast the semolina for 3 mins on low flame
heat clarified butter and add the roasted semolina
stir for 5 mins add add the crushed cardammon and dry fruits
now add 1 and half cup of water and let it cook for 2-3 mins
as the water is reduced add sugar and keep stirring for 2-3 mins.
when the semolina leaves ghee itsdone let it cool down.
it can be served in bowls or make diamond shape pieces
