Ingredients

2 cups sprout
1onion diced
1 tomato diced
2-3 green chillies
1tspn blackmustard seeds
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn turmeric
1 tspnlemon juice
chopped green coriander
1tblspn oil

Instructions

place the sprouts in a sieve and wash once with a gentle hand
heat oil and add the mustard seeds as they crackle add in the onions
saute for 2 mins and add the chillies and then add the sprouts
saute for 5 mins and add salt and turmeric stir fry a min
now add the tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins add the lemon juice
saute for 2 mins and finally garnish with green coriander leaves
you can also add finely chopped spring onions and stir fry on high flame for a min.
