Ingredients

500 gms minced meat
1 cup yellow gram lentil (wash and soak it for 10 mins)
2-3 onions,1 whole garlic pod and 100 gms ginger very finely chopped
spices(10 black pepper corns, 5-6 cloves, 1 small stick cinnamon, 1 bayleaf
2 black cardammon, 3-4 green cardammon ,2 tspn coriander powder
1 and half tspn salt, 4-5 whole red chillies, 1 tspn cumin seeds )
1cup water
2 tablespoon clarified butter
2-3 green chillies and 2 tblspn green coriander finely chopped
lemon juice to sprinkle on the kebaabs
onion rings and dry mint leaves powder to garnish.

Instructions

wash the minced meat and drain the water (use a sieve)
add the lentil and all the spices in the meat and a cup of water
now pressure cook it, take 1 whistle on high flame and then 3 more on medium flame
then let it cool down and grind it into a paste (till the whole spices get grinded)
mix the chopped onions, garlic, ginger, green chillies, and green coriander
now make round kebaabs and shallow fry them on a nonstick pan
fry on a low flame for 3-4 mins then flip them and fry for 3-4 mins.
