Mix veg pakore

2 cups gramflour
1/2 cup water
1 onion diced
1 potato diced
2 small green chillies finely chopped
15 -20 leaves of spinach with the stem
15-20 Green coriander leaves with stem
1 tspn fennel seeds
1 tspn caraway seeds
1/4 tspn asfoetida
1 tspn salt
1/4 tspn red chilly powder
2 ladle full oil to fry


Mix all the ingredients and make a batter
Its consistency should not be very fluid
Heat oil in a wok( soyabean, ricebarn oil ,groundnut or mustard)
When it is properly heated fill a tablespoon with this batter n empty it in the hot oil
Be careful you dont drop it from a height rather always leave it in gently from very low height.
Now fry the pakoras for 2 mins on high flame
Then flip and 2 mins more on high flame.
Serve with green coriander dip(cilantro)
