minced mushroom masala

Ingredients

250 gms of mushroom
1cup peas and half cup grated cauliflower
1 chopped onion and 7-8 garlic cloves and a small ginger piece(all finely chopped)

masala to grind together
(1 tspn cumin seeds,1 tspn coriander powder, 1/4 tspn turmeric powder,1 tspn salt,
1 tspn dry fenugreek leaves,1 black cardammon,5-6 black pepper corns ,2-3 green chillies
2 tblspn yoghurt)
3 tblspn oil
1/4 cup water

Instructions

dice the mushrooms into small pieces and dice the onion-galic -ginger finely
heat oil and add the onion -grlic -ginger
saute for 5 mins.then add the minced mushroom amd cook for 2-3 mins
now add the grated cauliflower and peas saute for 2 mins
add the grinded masala (all the spices and yohgurt) and saute for 5 mins
add some water cover with lid and let it simmer for 2-3 mins.
now cook on high flame to reduce excess water and keep stirring
garnish with mint or coriander leaves
